We continue our annual Oscar Handicap with the Best Foreign Language Film category.

They might not have the audience they once enjoyed, but films made outside of America often tell us stories our films just can not or will not tell us. This year’s batch, from German mind control games to an animated Israeli story of war, continue the fine tradition of honoring some of the best films from the rest of the world.

Oscar Handicap 2009: Animated Features

FilmJerk.com continues its annual Oscar Handicap with the newest category to the Academy Awards, Best Animated Feature

With only seven years of awards being handed out, there is not a great amount of statistical data to break down, but what data there is appears to point to a possible upset.
